What do I get with my Clinix membership?

You get access to rehab product, office products, and business service discounts, as well as free product shipping, support from Clinix reps, education opportunities and free samples.

How do I become a member?

Use the ‘become a member’ link on our site or contact a Clinix rep via phone or email for more information.

How does Clinix get better pricing than a typical clinic?

We negotiate on behalf of all our members as one larger company. This allows a smaller clinic to be treated like a bigger company and get access to better rates.

What is the difference between a ‘Clinix Complete’ and a ‘Clinix Core’ membership?

Clinix Complete offers great pricing on all products and service partners. Clinix Core offers great pricing on products only. Both memberships offer free product shipping, samples, education opportunities and access to a Clinix rep. Clinix Complete costs $50/month, Clinix Core costs $15/month. Your annual membership will renew automatically.

What if I want to cancel my membership?

You can cancel at any time, just contact a Clinix rep.

Can I change the type of membership I have?

Yes, please contact one of our Clinix reps for help changing your membership type.

How many practice locations are included with my membership?

All practice locations are included with your membership fee.

How do I access product and service discounts?

Once you purchase a membership, login to your Clinix account. You will see customized websites for each of our partner’s special Clinix programs and contact information for your representative. Simply click on the partner link for access to exclusive Clinix discounts. If you have any trouble navigating this, please reach out to your Clinix rep.

Can I join if I am a part of a hospital network or have committed my spend to a GPO?

No, unfortunately we cannot work with hospital-affiliated organizations or those that have spend commitments with other groups.

When will my new pricing take effect?

New pricing will be activated up to 72 hours after you sign up for Clinix.

What orders qualify for free shipping?

All standard size ground shipments over $25 ship free. Next day, second day, oversized and special-order packages will have a fee.
